The staff went out of their way to accommodate my group of 10 people, even though there was a mix-up with our room reservations. They quickly resolved the issue by providing us with two apartments instead of three rooms. The hotel charged us the price for three rooms but ensured that we had enough space for everyone. Despite the initial confusion, the staff made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
